Alegre Bar & Dining’s interactive Cocktail Master Class is designed to make you stand out as one of our expert mixologists will teach you the techniques, recipes and everything you need to know to bring the flavours of cocktails to life and make the perfectly mixed drink.

The cocktails in our class are tailored for your drinking pleasure.

As we believe you should never drink without enjoying food, we have teamed up our
class with tapas. Our culinary talents don’t end there, we have an array of options that can be tailored to your event.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR COCKTAIL MASTER CLASS

• 2 hour class guided by our in-house mixologists
• Bubbles or Aperol Spritz on arrival
  + 2 cocktails per person 
• Dip on arrival, followed by tacos and fries
